Our impact

Since 2014, we’ve been equipping young Londoners with essential life skills through the medium of cooking, building confidence and improving their diet, physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Eat Club goes beyond cooking, we use food as a powerful tool to reduce social isolation and health inequality, building young people’s sense of community and improving their employment outcomes.

In London, 1 in 6 children experience food insecurity, and 1 in 4 Year 6 students are classified as obese.
