Empower youth to take control of their food future
Making a difference to the lives of disadvantaged young Londoners
through the medium of food since 2014.
We need your support!
Our 2020 impact
Why we need your help
Covid-19 has had and continues to have an enormous impact on the majority of young people that Eat Club works with.
Food poverty and poor diets are combined with limited physical exercise, causing a deterioration in mental and physical health, and a growing sense of isolation.
In response to this crisis, we adapted our delivery model to reach young people through a variety of online platforms such as Zoom and Instagram Live.
Please support us so that we can continue this necessary work.
With your help, we can make sure that vulnerable young people across London have:
Increased enjoyment in the preparation and consumption of food
Increased desire to try new things
Improved cookery skills and ability to improvise
Ability to budget and plan meals
Ability to make foods last longer and go further
Increased understanding of healthy eating and portion control
Increased understanding of seasonality and sustainability
Increased awareness of employment, education or training opportunities within the food industry
Increased ability to work as a part of a team
Increased confidence & self esteem
Your donations to Eat Club directly go to support our work
with young Londoners.
